Correct Logical Handling for "Not In" Conditions in Search

We've resolved an issue that caused multiple search conditions using an and operator with a "Not In" clause to be incorrectly treated as OR conditions, leading to inaccurate search results.

Searches using multiple criteria, including those with at least one "Not In" operator, will now correctly apply the intended and/OR logic, ensuring results reflect the configured conditions.

We recommend reviewing your existing lists to make sure they align with the expected and/OR logic.
